Patricia James, DDS

Dr. Patricia James is a distinguished graduate of the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, class of 1990. With a passion for providing exceptional dental care, she established her practice, That’s the Tooth, in 1995. 

For nearly three decades, Dr. James has been a cornerstone of the Ashburn community, offering comprehensive general dentistry services to neighbors and surrounding communities.

Beyond her practice, Dr. James is deeply committed to dental outreach initiatives. For more than a decade, she has dedicated her time and expertise to ensuring that the most vulnerable populations have access to quality preventative dental care through mobile dental clinics in Chicago Public Schools, while also imparting her expertise upon rising professionals in the dental industry. 

Her unwavering dedication to community service and patient care underscores her mission to make a positive impact on oral health promotion and education for patients of all ages.

Tiffany L Tate, MPA

Ms. Tate brings over 20 years of experience in advancing economic, health, and social equity efforts across diverse communities. She holds a Master of Public Administration and has dedicated her career to public service, community development, and systems change.

Her professional journey includes impactful work at a prominent social service nonprofit in Chicago, where she led initiatives aimed at addressing urban poverty, improving access to essential resources, and empowering underserved populations. This experience deepened her understanding of the structural challenges facing marginalized communities and strengthened her commitment to equity-driven solutions.

Ms. Tate’s passion for service was sparked early in life through volunteer work with various nonprofit organizations and public service initiatives in Metro Atlanta. These formative experiences inspired her to explore the root causes of inequality and to champion innovative strategies that shift paradigms and promote lasting change.
